Event Participation

By registering for Girls & Golf events, you agree to participate at your own risk. All participants must be 18+ or accompanied by a guardian. You acknowledge that golf and travel activities carry inherent risks.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at time of booking. All prices are in USD and subject to change. Additional fees may apply for optional services not included in your package.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@theglownetwork.org. Cancellations 90+ days before event: 75% refund. 60-89 days: 50% refund. 30-59 days: 25% refund. Less than 30 days: No refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Event Changes

The Glow Network and VIP Tours 4U reserve the right to modify event details, including but not limited to scheduling, activities, and accommodations, due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, venue availability, or safety concerns.

Liability Limitation

The Glow Network, Girls & Golf, and VIP Tours 4U are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from event participation, travel, or accommodation. Participants are responsible for their own health, travel insurance, and personal belongings.

Code of Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate our code of conduct without refund.

Photography/Media

By participating, you consent to photography and videography for promotional purposes. You grant The Glow Network perpetual rights to use your likeness in marketing materials.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law for The Glow Network matters and Jamaican law for VIP Tours 4U services. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
